My Little Tea Cosy Photo - Action On Hearing Loss

It's Australia Day today, a proud day for all Aussies, and a long weekend with Monday being the designated public holiday for today.
And it's raining!
Not a little rain but rain causing flooding of roads, and release of water from Brisbane Dams (in cautious response to the disastrous floods in Brisbane 2 years ago).
So with a rainy 3 days ahead there will be much knitting, crafting and probably blogging to show you what I've achieved. There will also be a bit of shopping, a BBQ, some Damper with Golden Syrup tomorrow, not today (I make mine with half milk/water, and grated cheese sprinkled on top).Oh and a night out at a good old Aussie Pub!

I'm getting off the track a bit...

I'm a little bit thrilled that a very nice man emailed me a few weeks ago asking to use my photo of my
Flower Garden Tea Cosy to illustrate a reader's comment in the UK charity http://www.actiononhearingloss.org.uk/ member's magazine.

Of course I said yes, and the other day he was lovely enough to send me a copy of the page containing my Tea Cosy Photo (and credit to the blog :-) on it before it went to print, thank you Paul.

I'm sure it's governed by copyright so I probably can't show it here, and I know one's photos are on the net, but it was still a little bit exciting to see it used in a magazine - for me anyway!
Thanks for visiting,
Jen.
